    We can help create everything from TikTok Reels to full-scale paid courses. We also have an extensive library of stock footage, so even if you have a voiceover, we’ll make sure the final product is engaging.

    Absolutely! We stay on top of current trends and assist our clients in integrating those into their videos. Video strategy is crucial to success, and we’re happy to guide you through it.

    We use Revolut invoicing, which allows you to pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay, debit, or credit card.
  • Do you require a deposit before starting?
    We require full payment before starting the editing process. Along with the invoice, we provide turnaround time details, and you are free to cancel if the terms don’t work for you.
  • How do I place an order for video editing?
    Just fill out the form on the "Request Edit" page, which you’ll find at the top of the site.
  • Can I get a quote before committing to a project?
    Yes, we provide a detailed quote and turnaround time before any commitments are made. You can cancel the order if you’re not satisfied with the terms.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
    If you need to cancel, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the project’s progress. Major changes may incur additional costs. Reach out to us at david@davidyellow.co for assistance.
  • Do you offer refunds or adjustments if I'm not satisfied with the final product?
    We offer free revisions within 2 weeks after delivery. For revisions after that, costs range from $10 to $50, depending on the scope. Minor changes are free at any time.
  • In what format will I receive the final video?
    You can request the final video in any format, aspect ratio, or size you need. Please specify this in your form.
  • How long will it take to receive my final product?
    Delivery times vary depending on the scope of the project and editor availability, but generally, it takes anywhere from 8 hours to 3 days.
  • Can I request additional edits after the final delivery?
    We offer free revisions for 2 weeks after delivery. After that, revisions may range from $10 to $50 depending on the scope. Minor changes are free at any time.
  • How do you ensure the video is optimized for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media)?
    We ensure the aspect ratio fits the platform and avoid "deadzones" where titles, comments, and like buttons could obstruct key parts of the video. We tailor your video’s format for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • What happens if there’s a delay in delivery?
    If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you in advance. This is rare, but if you’re unsatisfied, you can cancel the order and receive your project files. In this case, we offer partial refunds.
  • How do I give feedback on my project?
    We use Frame.io for seamless collaboration, where you can leave comments on specific video timestamps and even draw on the video preview.
  • Can we collaborate during the editing process?
    Yes, if necessary, we send you previews at intervals for feedback and input during the editing process.
  • How do you manage feedback from multiple collaborators or stakeholders?
    We make sure all collaborators are aligned and follow the direction of the project lead (the person who placed the order).
  • Can I expect a sample edit before the full video is completed?
    Absolutely! You can request a sample edit at any point during the process.
  • What video formats do you work with?
    We work with a wide variety of formats, including but not limited to MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and more. If you have specific requirements, just let us know, and we’ll accommodate them.
  • How do I submit my footage?
    Since we don’t have cloud storage, please upload your footage to any cloud service like Google Drive or OneDrive and share the access link when submitting your form.
  • Do you provide equipment recommendations?
    Absolutely, we provide equipment recommendations at no extra charge to ensure you have the right tools for your project.
  • How do you handle revisions and feedback?
    We use Frame.io for easy back-and-forth revisions. You can leave timestamped comments, make suggestions, and even draw directly on the preview video.
  • Can you handle large files or complex video edits?
    We’re happy to take on large and complex projects. For these, we typically charge $50-$150 per day, with turnaround times measured in days rather than hours, as they often require more planning and problem-solving.
  • Do you offer services for high-definition or 4K video production?
    Yes, we work with both high-definition and 4K video production.
  • How do you protect my personal data and project details?
    Your privacy is our priority. We ensure all personal and project information is securely handled and never shared without your permission. Your content will always be in safe hands.
  • Will my footage be stored or shared without my permission?
    As stated in our terms of service, we may use the final video as an example on our website. However, your raw footage is kept private and will be deleted after a specified period to protect your privacy.
  • Can I sign a confidentiality agreement before submitting my project?
    While we haven’t had this request before, we’re happy to accommodate. If you need a confidentiality agreement, just let us know!
