Subsequent to form submission, you will receive an email containing a link to upload your raw footage and another detailing the project's turnaround time and associated fees. Our Service encompasses the addition of licensed music, sound effects, supplementary video content ("B-roll"), captions, and modern graphics to enhance the final product.

5. Pricing and Payment

Fees for our Service are variable, reflecting the volume of footage and complexity of the editing required. Detailed pricing information is publicly available on our website under the "Pricing" section. We process payments through Revolut, accepting all of its supported payment methods.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
​
Refunds are issued solely under circumstances where the delivered service materially deviates from the agreed-upon industry standards, attributable directly to our oversight. Refunds will not be issued for delays or errors originating from the client’s failure to adhere to our communicated requirements or for discrepancies in the footage provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all original rights to your video footage. Upon completion, while you hold ownership of the edited videos, we reserve the non-exclusive right to use any completed work for our promotional activities across various media platforms.

8. Content Restrictions
​
We unequivocally reject any submissions that contain or depict pornography, unlawful activities, or other content deemed inappropriate or illegal. We also expressly exclude animation services from our offerings.

9. Rights of Use
​
You possess the unrestricted right to utilize the edited videos in any manner that is lawful. The Company disclaims any liability for legal challenges or disputes arising from your use of the videos.

10. Limitations of Liability
​
The Company disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the unauthorized or illegal use of the edited videos. We are indemnified against any penalties or legal proceedings related to copyright claims concerning assets used in the video production, provided by third-party libraries.

11. Service Modification, Suspension, and Termination
​
We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion. In the event of suspension or termination, we may, at our discretion, refund any pre-paid fees, dependent on the specific circumstances leading to such action.
